Serie B (Week 28) : Entella beats Perugia 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 28: Three wins in a row for Virtus Entella. After their success against Trapani and Pro Vercelli, the Biancocelesti continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-1 victory over Perugia this Saturday.
Virtus Entella dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Masucci Gaetano in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Caputo Francesco in stoppage time.
Virtus Entella climbed to 6th place with 43 points from 28 games, 2 points behind Novara Calcio.
