Serie B (Week 28) : Crotone beats Vicenza 2-0
ITALY, Feb. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 28: After their 1-1 draw against Pro Vercelli on February 21 and 1-1 draw against Salernitana on February 21, the Pitagorici bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Vicenza this Saturday.
Crotone dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ricci Ffederico in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Pitagorici further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Budimir Ante on penalty in stoppage time.
FC Crotone remains in second place with 59 points from 28 games, 2 points behind Cagliari.
