Serie B (Week 39) : Ternana beats Como 2-1
ITALY, May. 1, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 39: After losing 1-3 to Ascoli on April 23, the Rossoverdi bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Como this Sunday.
Marconi Andrea opened the score in the 36th minute, before seeing Ternana catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Palumbo Antonio. 1-1 at half time. The Rossoverdi eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Avenatti Felipe in stoppage time.
Ternana Calcio climbed to 12nd place with 48 points from 39 games, 5 points behind AC Perugia.
