Serie B (Week 40) : Livorno and Perugia play out 1-1 draw
ITALY, May. 7, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 40: The match between Livorno and Perugia ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Livorno players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Vantaggiato Daniele in the 30th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Perugia with a saving goal from Zapata Alexis in the 68th minute.
AC Perugia climbed to 10th place with 54 points from 40 games, 7 points behind Virtus Entella.
