Serie B (Week 18) : SPAL defeats Spezia 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 10, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 18: Two wins in a row for SPAL. After their 1-2 win against Cittadella on December 3, the Spallini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-1 victory over Spezia this Saturday.
Piccolo Antonio opened the score in the 3rd minute, before seeing SPAL catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Mora Luca. 1-1 at half time. The Spallini eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Antenucci Mirco in the 68th minute.
SPAL Ferrara climbed to third place with 32 points from 18 games, only one point behind Benevento Calcio.
