Serie B (Week 17) : SPAL defeats Cittadella 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 17: Citta crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against SPAL.
SPAL dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bonifazi Kevin in the 31st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Spallini further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Zigoni Gianmarco in the 70th minute.
SPAL Ferrara climbed to fourth place with 29 points from 17 games, tie on points with Benevento Calcio, which has a game in hand.
