Serie B (Week 24) : Spezia beats Ternana 2-0
ITALY, Feb. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 24: Two wins in a row for Spezia. After their 3-2 win against Latina on January 30, the Aquilotti continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-0 victory over Ternana this Saturday.
Spezia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Djokovic Damjan in the 18th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Aquilotti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Granoche Pablo on penalty in the 70th minute.
Spezia Calcio climbed to 8th place with 34 points from 24 games, tie on points with Virtus Entella.
