Serie B (Week 25) : Benevento defeats Latina 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 25: After their 2-2 draw against Hellas Verona on February 3, the Stregoni returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Latina this Saturday.
Corvia Daniele opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Benevento catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Pezzi Enrico. 1-1 at half time. The Stregoni eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Ciciretti Amato in the 61st minute.
Benevento Calcio remains in third place with 44 points from 25 games, one point behind Hellas Verona.
