Serie B (Week 27) : Pro Vercelli beats Cesena 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 27: After three straigth defeats, the Bianche Casacche bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Cesena this Saturday.
Bianchi Rolando opened the score in the 19th minute, before seeing Cesena catch up in the 20th minute thanks to Rigione Michele. 1-1 at half time. The Bianche Casacche eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Emmanuello Simone with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
AC Cesena are down in 17th place with 29 points from 27 games, 2 points behind Brescia Calcio.
