ITALY, Feb. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 27: After their 0-0 draw against Hellas Verona on February 20, the Spallini bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Perugia this Saturday.
SPAL dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Floccari Sergio in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Spallini further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Schiattarella Pasquale in stoppage time.
SPAL Ferrara climbed to second place with 48 points from 27 games, 3 points behind Frosinone Calcio.
