Serie B (Week 3) : Cittadella and Perugia play to a 1-1 draw
ITALY, Sep. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 3: Perugia was held to a 1-1 draw by Cittadella on Monday.
Perugia players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Cerri Alberto in the 31st minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Cittadella with a saving goal from Salvi Alessandro in the 72nd minute.
AC Perugia are down in second place with 7 points from 3 games, 2 points behind Carpi FC 1909.
