ITALY, Oct. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for Virtus Entella. After their 0-1 win against Cittadella on September 30, the Biancocelesti continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-0 victory over Brescia this Sunday.
Virtus Entella dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by De Luca Giuseppe in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Brivio Davide '68 and La Mantia Andrea '88).
Virtus Entella climbed to 9th place with 12 points from 8 games, tie on points with FC Bari 1908.
