Serie B (Week 14) : Pro Vercelli defeats Empoli 2-1
ITALY, Nov. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 14: After a 1-1 draw with Spezia on November 5, the Azzurri lost 2-1 against Pro Vercelli.
Caputo Francesco opened the score in the 29th minute, before seeing Pro Vercelli catch up in the 34th minute thanks to Firenze Marco. 1-1 at half time. The Bianche Casacche eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Castiglia Luca in the 76th minute.
Empoli FC remains in fourth place with 21 points from 14 games, tie on points with US Cremonese, which has a game in hand.
