CHICAGO, Jun. 27, 1994 (AMP) — USA 94 : Spain defeated Bolivia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a World Cup group stage game on Monday afternoon at the Soldier Field in Chicago.
José Luis Caminero scored dual goals
Spain dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Josep Guardiola in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Spaniards further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (José Luis Caminero '66, '70).
