GERMANY, Jan. 27, 2017 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 18: After their 1-1 draw against FC Heidenheim on December 16, Die Löwen bounced back with a 2-1 victory over SpVgg Greuther Fürth this Friday.
Dursun Serdar opened the score in the 13th minute, before seeing 1860 Munich catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Ivica Olić penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. Die Löwen eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Liendl with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
SpVgg Greuther Fürth remains in 12nd place with 21 points from 18 games, one point behind VfL Bochum.
