GERMANY, Mar. 5, 2017 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 23: The match between FC Heidenheim and SV Sandhausen ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
SV Sandhausen players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Kosecki Jakub ('2) and Linsmayer ('27) while FC Heidenheim only scored once Feick ('45). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by FC Heidenheim with a saving goal from FC Heidenheim midfielder Marc Schnatterer on penalty in the 66th minute.
1. FC Heidenheim 1846 remains in 6th place with 34 points from 23 games, one point behind SG Dynamo Dresden.
