Bundesliga (Week 13) : Bayer beats FC Köln 5-1

GERMANY, Nov. 29, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 13: Two wins in a row for Bayer Leverkusen. After their 1-3 win against Hannover 96 on November 22, Bayer Leverkusen continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 5-1 victory over FC Köln this Saturday.

Karim Bellarabi and Josip Drmić scored dual goals

FC Köln midfielder Lehmann opened the score in the 4th minute on penalty, before seeing Bayer Leverkusen catch up in the 26th minute thanks to Karim Bellarabi. 1-1 at half time. Bayer Leverkusen eventually won the game in the second period with four more goals by Çalhanoğlu ('61), Drmić ('79, '88) and Bellarabi ('90).

Bayer Leverkusen climbed to third place with 23 points from 13 games, tie on points with VfL Wolfsburg, which has a game in hand.
