Bundesliga (Week 23) : Bayern Munich beats FC Köln 4-1
GERMANY, Feb. 27, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 23: Four wins in a row for Bayern Munich. After their success against Stuttgart, Hamburger SV and Paderborn, the Bavarians continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 4-1 victory over FC Köln this Friday.
Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to goals from Schweinsteiger ('3) and Ribéry ('10). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Robben '67 and Lewandowski '75).
Bayern Munich remains in first place with 58 points from 23 games, a 11-point lead over runner-up VfL Wolfsburg, which has a game in hand.
