GERMANY, Sep. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 4: After two straigth victories against Mönchengladbach and Hannover 96, the O-Fives lost 2-1 against Schalke 04.
Schalke 04 defender Matip Joel opened the score in the 37th minute, before seeing Mainz catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Yunus Malli. 1-1 at half time. The Royal Blues eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Huntelaar in the 61st minute.
FC Schalke 04 climbed to fifth place with 7 points from 4 games, tie on points with Eintracht Frankfurt.
