GERMANY, Dec. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 15: After their 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen on November 29, the Royal Blues returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Hannover 96 this Friday.
Hannover 96 made Schalke 04 doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Geis ('51 on penalty), Huntelaar ('73) and Di Santo Franco ('83).
FC Schalke 04 climbed to fourth place with 24 points from 15 games, only one point behind VfL Wolfsburg, which has a game in hand.
