GERMANY, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 9: Two wins in a row for SC Freiburg. After their 2-1 win against Augsburg on October 22, the Breisgau-Brasilianer continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 3-1 victory over Werder Bremen this Saturday.
SC Freiburg dominated the first half thanks to goals from Philipp ('29) and Grifo ('39 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Breisgau-Brasilianer further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Abrashi Amir in the 75th minute.
SC Freiburg climbed to 7th place with 15 points from 9 games, tie on points with Eintracht Frankfurt.
