Bundesliga (Week 11) : FC Köln beats M'Gladbach 2-1
GERMANY, Nov. 19, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 11: After losing 1-0 to Eintracht Frankfurt on November 5, the Billy Goats bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Mönchengladbach this Saturday.
Mönchengladbach had started off well by taking the lead in the 32nd minute with a goal by midfielder Lars Stindl. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Billy Goats nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Modeste '59 and Risse '90).
1. FC Köln climbed to third place with 21 points from 11 games, 3 points behind Bayern Munich, which has a game in hand.
