GERMANY, Jan. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 18: The Old Lady crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against SC Freiburg.
SC Freiburg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Janik Haberer in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Breisgau-Brasilianer further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Petersen with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Hertha Berlin are down in 6th place with 30 points from 18 games, tie on points with Borussia Dortmund, which has a game in hand.
