Bundesliga (Week 5) : Dortmund defeats HSV 3-0
GERMANY, Sep. 20, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for Borussia Dortmund. After their 5-0 win against FC Köln on September 17, BVB continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over Hamburger SV this Wednesday.
Borussia Dortmund dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, BVB further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Aubameyang '63 and Pulisic Christian '79).
Borussia Dortmund remains in first place with 13 points from 5 games, one point ahead of runner-up Bayern Munich.
