MALABO, Jan. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 : Ivory Coast defeated Cameroon by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a AFCON group stage game on Wednesday night at the Nuevo Estadio de Malabo.

All the action happened in the first half, with Ivorian striker Max Gradel goal in the 35th minute.

Ivory Coast advance to the Quarterfinals. Cameroon is eliminated.
