COUVA, Jan. 8, 2017 (AMP) — USA 2017 (Qualifiers) : Haiti defeated Trinidad and Tobago 4-3 after extra time, in a Caribbean Cup qualifying game (Fifth place playoff) on Sunday afternoon at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva.

The score was still 2-2 after the 90 minutes of regulation time, after goals from Winchester ('1, '25) for Trinidad and Tobago and Etienne ('20) and Belfort ('39) for Haiti, and both teams had to wait for overtime to settle the issue. The Haitians finally broke through with goals from Jean-Baptiste ('111, '117), while Winchester ('113) scored for Trinidad and Tobago.
