ENGLAND, Aug. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 3: The match between Birmingham City and Ipswich Town ended in a 2-2 draw on Tuesday.
Birmingham City players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Canadian defender David Edgar in the 30th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Donaldson goal ('63) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Ipswich Town with dual goals from Scottish defender Christophe Berra ('50 and '90.
Ipswich Town FC climbed to 10th place with 4 points from 3 games, tie on points with Reading FC, which has a game in hand.
