ENGLAND, Aug. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 3: After losing 1-0 to Leeds United on August 16, the Smoggies returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Bolton Wanderers this Tuesday.
Bolton Wanderers forward Craig Davies opened the score in the 27th minute on penalty, before seeing Middlesbrough catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Grant Leadbitter penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. The Smoggies eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Garcia Martinez in the 78th minute.
Middlesbrough FC climbed to 8th place with 6 points from 3 games, tie on points with Watford FC.
