WALES, Aug. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 3: Two wins in a row for Cardiff City. After their 3-1 win against Huddersfield Town on August 16, Cardiff City continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 1-0 victory over Wigan Athletic this Tuesday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by English forward Nicky Maynard in the 53rd minute.
