Championship (Week 5) : Watford defeats Huddersfield Town 4-2
ENGLAND, Aug. 30, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 5: Three wins in a row for Watford. After their success against Rotherham United and Leeds United, the Hornets continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 4-2 victory over Huddersfield Town this Saturday.
Almen Abdi scored dual goals
Watford dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Troy Deeney in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hornets further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Abdi '54, '90 and Andrews '68).
Watford FC remains in second place with 12 points from 5 games, one point behind Nottingham Forest FC.
