Championship (Week 12) : Boro beats Brighton 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 12: Two wins in a row for Middlesbrough. After their 2-0 win against Fulham on October 4, the Smoggies continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion this Saturday.
Middlesbrough dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Lee Tomlin in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Smoggies further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Adomah in the 53rd minute.
Middlesbrough FC climbed to third place with 23 points from 12 games, tie on points with Derby County FC.
