Championship (Week 23) : Bolton Wanderers beats Blackburn 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 26, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 23: Two wins in a row for Bolton Wanderers. After their 0-1 win against Millwall on December 19, the Trotters continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Blackburn Rovers this Friday.
Blackburn Rovers had started off well by taking the lead in the 41st minute with a goal by Norvegian forward King. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Trotters nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Heskey '59 and Pratley '62).
Blackburn Rovers FC remains in 8th place with 34 points from 23 games, 3 points behind Norwich City.
