Championship (Week 4) : Ipswich beats Preston 2-1
ENGLAND, Aug. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 4: Three wins in a row for Ipswich Town. After their success against Sheffield Wednesday and Burnley, the Tractor Boys continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Preston this Saturday.
Ipswich Town forward Brett Pitman opened the score in the 24th minute, before seeing Preston catch up in the 37th minute thanks to Johnson Daniel. 1-1 at half time. The Tractor Boys eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Fraser in the 65th minute.
Ipswich Town FC remains in first place with 10 points from 4 games, tie on points with runner-up Brighton and Hove Albion FC.
