Championship (Week 5) : Cardiff City beats Forest 2-1

ENGLAND, Aug. 29, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for Cardiff City. After their 2-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers on August 22, Cardiff City continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest this Saturday.

Cardiff City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Trinidadian forward Kenwyne Jones in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Cardiff City players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mason in the 49th minute.

Cardiff City climbed to fifth place with 9 points from 5 games, only one point behind Queens Park Rangers.
