Championship (Week 44) : Cardiff City beats Bolton Wanderers 2-1
WALES, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 44: After losing 2-1 to Brentford on April 19, Cardiff City returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Bolton Wanderers this Saturday.
Bolton Wanderers had started off well by taking the lead in the 7th minute with a goal by forward Zach Clough. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Cardiff City players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Zohore Kenneth '55 and Whittingham '90 on penalty).
Cardiff City remains in 7th place with 67 points from 44 games, 4 points behind Sheffield Wednesday FC.
