ENGLAND, Oct. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 12: After losing 2-1 to Bristol City on October 1, the Reds bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Birmingham City this Friday.
Nottingham Forest dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by American defender Eric Lichaj in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Vellios Apostolos '63 and Pereira Hildeberto '83).
Birmingham City FC remains in 6th place with 20 points from 12 games, tie on points with Bristol City FC.
