Championship (Week 12) : Norwich City beats Rotherham 3-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 12: Two wins in a row for Norwich City. After their 1-2 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers on October 1, the Canaries continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-1 victory over Rotherham United this Saturday.
Norwich City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Irish midfielder Hoolahan Wes in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Canaries further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Jerome '65 and Naismith '89).
Norwich City climbed to first place with 26 points from 12 games, one point ahead of runner-up Newcastle United.
