Championship (Week 26) : Ipswich beats Blackburn 3-2

ENGLAND, Jan. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 26: After losing 2-1 to QPR on January 2, the Tractor Boys returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Blackburn Rovers this Saturday.

Tom Lawrence scored dual goals

Ipswich Town midfielder Tom Lawrence opened the score in the 38th minute, before seeing Blackburn Rovers catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Hope Akpan. 1-1 at half time. The Tractor Boys eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Berra ('54) and Lawrence ('57).

Ipswich Town FC climbed to 14th place with 34 points from 26 games, only one point behind Aston Villa, which has a game in hand.
