ENGLAND, Jan. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 26: After losing 0-1 to Huddersfield Town on January 2, the Latics returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Burton Albion this Saturday.

Connolly Callum scored dual goals

Wigan Athletic dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Connolly Callum in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Latics further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Connolly Callum in the 64th minute.

Burton Albion FC remains in 21st place with 25 points from 26 games, 2 points behind Nottingham Forest FC.
