Championship (Week 32) : Preston beats Birmingham City 2-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 32: Two wins in a row for Preston. After their 4-2 win against Brentford on February 11, the Lilywhites continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Birmingham City this Tuesday.
Preston dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Robinson Callum in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Lilywhites further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hugill Jordan in the 78th minute.
Preston North End FC climbed to 10th place with 48 points from 32 games, only one point behind Barnsley FC.
