Championship (Week 38) : Reading defeats Sheffield Wednesday 2-0

ENGLAND, Mar. 17, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 38: After losing 3-0 to Preston on March 11, the Royals bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday this Friday.

Reading dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French forward Yann Kermorgant in the 13th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Royals further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Popa Adrian in stoppage time.

Reading FC climbed to fourth place with 67 points from 38 games, 4 points behind Huddersfield Town AFC, which has a game in hand.
