Championship (Week 38) : Wolverhampton Wanderers beats Fulham 3-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 38: Three wins in a row for Wolverhampton Wanderers. After their success against Rotherham United and Brentford, the Wolves continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-1 victory over Fulham this Saturday.
Wolverhampton Wanderers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Portuguese midfielder Ivan Cavaleiro in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Wolves further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Weimann '47 and Edwards '72).
Fulham remains in 7th place with 61 points from 38 games, one point behind Sheffield Wednesday FC.
