RADES, Oct. 19, 2015 (AMP) — Rwanda 2016 (Qualifiers) : Tunisia defeated Libya by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2016 African Nations Championship (North Zone) on Monday night at the Rades Olympic Stadium.
Libya made the Tunisians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Bguir in the 75th minute.
The result put the Tunisians second in the group with 4 points. Libya is bottom with 3 points. In their last game, Tunisia will meet group leaders Morocco at the Rades Olympic Stadium on October 25, while Libya will face Morocco.
