CASABLANCA, Jan. 17, 2018 (AMP) — Kenya 2018 : Sudan defeated Mauritania by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Wednesday night at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca.
All the action happened in the first half, with Walaa Eldin goal in the 30th minute.
The result put the Sudanese second in Group A with 6 points. Mauritania is bottom with no points. In their last game, Sudan will meet group leaders Morocco at the Mohammed V Stadium on January 21, while Mauritania will face Guinea.
