DEDEDO, Jul. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Japan 2017 (Qualifiers) : Mongolia defeated Northern Mariana Islands by a big score of 8-0 (halftime: 4-0), in a East Asian Cup qualifying game (First Round) on Monday afternoon at the Guam Football Association National Training Center in Dededo.
Tögöldör scored tripple goals
Mongolia dominated the first half thanks to goals from Bayarjargal ('27 on penalty, '36 on penalty), Nyam-Osor ('39) and Daginaa ('45). Leading 4-0 at the break, the Mongols further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Tögöldör '54, '55, '84 and Erdenebat '79).
