KANSAS CITY, Jul. 13, 2015 (AMP) — USA 2015 : Panama tied 1-1 with the United States (halftime: 1-0), in a Gold Cup group stage game on Monday night at Sporting Park in Kansas City.

The Panamanians started off well by taking the lead thanks to Pérez in the 34th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by the United States with a saving goal from American midfielder Michael Bradley in the 55th minute.

USA and Panama both advance to the Quarterfinals.
