TORONTO, Jul. 14, 2015 (AMP) — USA 2015 : Jamaica defeated El Salvador by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Gold Cup group stage game on Tuesday night at the BMO Field in Toronto.
El Salvador made the Jamaicans doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Jamaican midfielder Garath McCleary in the 71st minute.
