SPAIN, Dec. 1, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 13: Two wins in a row for Rayo Vallecano. After their 1-0 win against Celta Vigo on November 23, Los Franjirrojos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 1-0 victory over Almeria this Monday.
Almeria made Rayo Vallecano doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by French midfielder Gaël Kakuta with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Rayo Vallecano de Madrid climbed to 10th place with 17 points from 13 games, only one point behind Athletic Bilbao.
