SPAIN, Feb. 22, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 24: After losing 2-0 to Rayo Vallecano on February 15, El Submarino Amarillo bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Eibar this Sunday.
Eibar made Villarreal doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Argentine forward Luciano Vietto in the 71st minute.
Villarreal CF remains in 6th place with 44 points from 24 games, one point behind Sevilla FC.
