SPAIN, Apr. 28, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 34: Three wins in a row for Barcelona. After their success against Valencia and Espanyol, Barca continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 6-0 victory over Getafe this Tuesday.
Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez scored dual goals
Barcelona dominated the first half thanks to goals from Messi ('9 on penalty), Suárez ('25, '40), Neymar ('28) and Xavi ('30). Leading 5-0 at the break, Barca further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Messi in the 47th minute.
FC Barcelona remains in first place with 84 points from 34 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up Real Madrid, which has a game in hand.
